As Director of Business Development for WPAFB for BTAS I had responsibility for Business Development, Marketing, and Operations oversight for BTAS work at WPAFB. Intergraph Corporation 1991-2010: Highlights:
Senior Sales Manager 2007-2010: Doubled Intergraph's Health Care IT business adding $12 Mil in new sales first year. Succeeded in having Intergraph's GIS products added to Air Force Approved Product List securing customer support and maintenance revenue.
Senior Business Development Manager 2001-2007: As manager of Intergraph’s Dayton office, I developed and carried out our strategy to capture a $54 million dollar Air Force Tech Order contract. Lead Intergraph’s efforts to expand GIS and Security Software sales within the Air Force and played a key role in forming new business partnerships leading to new market penetration. Managed various projects. . Consistently rated a top performer! Individual sales listed below are in addition to efforts to secure positions on contract vehicles such as EITA and ETIMS. As a result of my efforts, since 2004 Intergraph has realized more than $40 million in revenue through the EITA contract vehicle beyond the sales detailed below.
Senior Sales Consultant 1999-2001: Developed and closed 5000 seat exchange migration effort for the Air Force’s largest hospital, Wilford Hall Medical Center. The sale included hardware, software, and services to develop a migration and implementation plan for Microsoft Exchange and Back Office. Played key role in Intergraph’s successful bid to capture a MSG IDIQ for systems development identifying and interviewing potential teammates.
Sales Engineer 1998: As a result of exceptional performance, promoted to Sales Engineer. Provided account management and technical sales support to existing Intergraph customers. Developed and executed strategy to capture new business opportunities. Generated responses to solicitations resulting in Intergraph being short-listed for 500 seat Information Management opportunity.
Marketing Consultant 1995-1998: Defined/developed requirements for demonstrations, white papers, and presentation in the areas of Electronic Data Management, Intergraph/Microsoft integration strategies utilizing OLE and COM, Mechanical Engineering etc. Identified and tracked current and future DoD procurement opportunities while working to position Intergraph solutions to meet program requirements. Interfaced with key Government personnel. Promoted teaming relationships with DoD contractors to pursue current and future business opportunities. Developed responses for appropriate DoD Request for Proposals and Request for Information. Received Superior Performance Review, leading to my promotion to Sales Engineer.
Senior Mechanical Engineering Specialist 1991-1994: Provided Pre and Post-sales support for Air Force Accounts/Opportunities. Developed and demonstrated Air Force/Aerospace specific demonstrations, for Intergraph’s Mechanical design Software product line. Acted as a technical interface for the DoD community. Assisted in the qualification of sales leads. Identified and tracked DoD initiatives which could fund future development of Intergraph products. Developed and conducted specialized training for various CAD/CAM/CAE products. Promoted to Marketing Consultant, due to my Outstanding Performance Review ratings.

Mechanical/Aerospace Engineer 1990-1991: Conducted in-house Research and Design in the area of atomization and combustion of Jet fuel in gas turbine engines. Defined and implemented Mechanical design Software requirements. Managed and directed research contract.
Engineering Technician 1981-1990: Refined conceptual design requirements provided by Senior Scientists. Acted as liaison between Design, Manufacturing, Installation, and Test groups. Ensuring the successful development and implementation of numerous test articles/facilities used in combustion research. Authored developed and implemented design process methodology specifications to track and maintain engineering design files. Trained support personnel and senior engineers in the use of Intergraph CAD/CAM/CAE tools.
