Looking for a Technical Program Manager for Synapse, an 8(a) WOSB, with the following attributes/skills and located in the NoVA, MD and/or DC area:
- Create and own the short and long term strategies for Synapse offerings including targeted visioning, market opportunity identification and resource gap identification.
- Get monthly Status reports from Program Leads/ Contractors/ Managers / Architects and be a touch point to build relationships.
- Provide technical engineering input to client and Synapse Team
- Attend Industry days and Conferences to build relationship with decision makers
- Provide technical assistance and training opportunities to improve the overall understanding of and compliance with processes and requirements.
- Work closely and build relationships with clients and key partners.
- Provide technical support to our team utilizing technical knowledge and experience to develop the team’s overall capabilities.
- Participates in client-facing meetings for cultivation of and business development efforts.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Knowledge of federal procurement
- Good relationships within the Industry
- Military background good to have
- Ability to connect capabilities with client needs.
- Past experience with any multiple federal government agencies targeting 8(a) and 8(a) Stars III, EDWOSB including but not limited to DHS, FDA, NIH, USDA, USAID, NSF, IRS good to have
