Ms. Hill is a 35-year management expert with technical and management experience working across many Department of Defense (DoD) sectors. She is currently Co-Owner and Managing Partner of E&J Consultants, LLC. Following a 30-year civil service career where she held positions across many DoD sectors, including legal, logistics, financial, and information technology, she joined THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc, As Vice President of the DoD Division she was instrumental in leading growth from its small business roots to its entrance into the Federal mid-market. Her portfolio generated over $1B in revenue via awarded task orders on the Air Force Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) I and II IDIQ contract vehicles. Corporate support functions included program reporting, strategic account management, customer relations, vendor relations, partner relations, and personnel management. Ms. Hill holds an Associates Degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Human Development from Troy University in Montgomery, Alabama.
