JTEC is seeking a candidate to provide Senior Financial Management SME consulting services to SAF CIO. Candidate will be responsible for documenting feature conception, user story development, wireframing, and functional testing of a cloud-native development effort. Experience working with AF Components, Joint organizations and DoD customer base that are dispersed worldwide and the associated regulatory guidance.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years professional financial management and agile development experience
- 3 years agile development; including feature conception, user story development, wire-framing, and functional testing
- 3 years’ experience of program analysis and data analytic skills
Desired Experience:
- Functional or technical background/knowledge of Air Force Financial Management
- Functional or technical background/knowledge of Air Force Financial Management authoritative data sources (i.e., General Accounting and Finance System (GAFS), Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS), Automated Budget Interactive Data Management System (ABIDES), and the Air Force Total Ownership Cost Management Information System (AFTOC))
- Possess an understanding of the Business Capability Acquisition Life Cycle Process
