FAST ROPE DIRECTOR/First Fast Roper

David Hart is currently a Director Segue Technologies, actively engaged in the Miami Valley and Washington DC Defense Communities. He has served many roles for the Dayton-Wright AFCEA Chapter, AFCEA International Board, Dayton Defense Board, and Miami Valley Presidents Round Table Founder. In addition to numerous other defense and civic organizations, David is the Founder of Fast Rope (Formerly DECC). David is a former US Army Ranger, Master Parachutist, and Pathfinder. He is the author of “Jump! Leaps in Organizational Performance and Teamwork.” David believes that people accomplish great things when they collaborate as a team, working. He is a passionate veterans advocate and founded and organizes a Weekend to Remember every summer that host over 40 combat injured warriors and Gold Star Families.

FAST ROPE ROUND TABLE FACILITATORS

What is a Facilitator? Round Table Facilitators, organize and lead the meetings to ensure each meeting is well managed and productive. Round Table Meetings are more often productive if they are properly planned and managed to keep everyone engage, on topic and end on time.

Fabian Plath: Business Director for NES Associates, LLC a 650 person company specializing in the design, implementation and operations of secure IT infrastructures primarily for Federal customers. In his role, Fabian supports operations and business development for the organization, primarily within Army and larger DoD customer space. He also is an active member of the AFCEA NoVA chapter, where he supports major events that are aimed at fostering communication between government and industry. Previously, Fabian has served as Business Development Director and Capture Lead for a number of companies that provide innovative IT solutions to Federal customers. Prior to his Federal Business Development career, Fabian held a number of operational leadership positions for companies in the commercial sector. (Steering Committee/Facilitator/Founding Member) 

Richard Goudie: Business development, operations, and management professional with 21 years of private sector and public sector experience. My extensive background includes executive management, business development, marketing strategy, business strategy, business analysis, establishing strategic partnerships, capture management, training, program management, proposal writing, operations, contracts, subcontracts, recruiting, human resources, sales, presentations, prospecting new clients, government contact prospecting, and C level prospecting. I have experience pursuing and winning prime and subcontract government contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense (U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, OUSD, Business Transformation Agency), U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Trade Commission, FBI, U.S. Postal Service, U.S. Department of Transportation (FMCSA), SouthWest Research Institute, and NEW involving IT and functional services. (Steering Committee/Facilitator/Founding Member) 

Keith "Bull" Miller: Retired Air Force Colonel, VP, GWAC-MAC Smartronix, Primarily responsible for leading efforts that ensure all personnel across Smartronix Business Units (BU) have relevant, collaborative, and easy access to contract vehicles for our core offerings including, Network Operations, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Health IT, and Engineering solutions. In addition, he leads corporate-wide proposal development capabilities directly supporting Smartronix Department of Defense and Engineering Solutions BU proposal efforts. (Steering Committee/Facilitator/Founding Member) 

Wes "Mongo" Manship: Retired Air Force Major, Director of Logistics, Training and Services, CAILBRE, As the Director, Logistics, Training, and Services (LTS), provides expertise and implementable solutions to the logistics and supply chain issues to include systems and design and optimization as well as life cycle support analysis, demand planning, and forecasting analytics across the Department of Defense as well as the commercial arena. Program Manager for the supply chain instructors at the Army Logistics University (ALU) and prime programmers and designers for the Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced (SAMS-E). Developed Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) AF Capital Working Fund (AFCWF) course to include Depot maintenance customers, logistics flow, and execution; policies, laws and statutes, item management with supply flow, inventory determination, requirements build, and execution; pricing for depot maintenance and supply; budget development, consolidation, and respective activities; and flying program and PPBE. Architect of CALIBRE Strategic Air Force Capture Plan. Garnered Logistics Transformation Office and AFSO21 opportunities. Aligned CALIBRE for five segments of NETCENTS II, two segments of CAAS IV, DESP III, Mission Planning Logistics Support, and GCSS-Marine Corps Support PDSS. Developed supply chain analytics for Army Condition Based Maintenance initiative and State Department Supply Chain Management opportunity. Joe Dominguez:  Retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant; VP and Director, Business Development Operations, NCI Information Systems, Inc. More than 16 years of new business acquisition experience from sales and capture management through proposal development, transition and contract startup. Developed ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 3 compliant processes and procedures for all phases of new business acquisition. Instructed, mentored and supervised capture managers and business developers on those processes and procedures. Managed corporate pipelines that exceed $14 billion in total value. Accountable for winning more than $4.2 billion in new business. (Steering Committee/Facilitator/Founding Member) 

Joe Diana: Retired Air Force Colonel, Director, Strategic Logistics, CALIBRE Systems, Leads a team of 40 in support of a multi-million dollar portfolio that includes Acquisition and Product Lifecycle Logistics; Industrial Base and Defense Working Capital Fund operations; Business Analytics; Training; and Marketing and Communications. Customers include Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, DISA, and commercial customers. (Steering Committee/Facilitator/Founding Member)
