With more than 25 years’ experience working for Federal IT Systems Integrators, Ms. Crome has extensive experience in business development, capture management, pipeline development/ management, program management, systems operations and maintenance, and software development. Physically located near Scott AFB and O'Fallon, IL, Ms. Crome has extensive experience supporting mission-critical systems at AMC and USTRANSCOM. Currently, Ms. Crome is VP of Business Development for Obsidian Global. She was previously a Business Developer and Capture Director for Diligent Consulting. Prior to that, with CSRA/SRA, she provided BD and Capture support as well as P&L/operations oversight for 40+ tasks generating more than $50M annually.
