With more than 25 yrs’ exp working for Federal IT GovCons, Ms. Crome has experience in business development, capture management, pipeline development/ management, program management, systems operations and maintenance, and software development. Physically located near Scott AFB and O'Fallon, IL, Connie has extensive experience supporting mission-critical systems at AMC and USTRANSCOM. Currently, she is Director of Capture for ANR - Alaska Northstar Resources. She was previously VP of BD for Obsidian Global, and a Business Developer/Capture Director for Diligent Consulting. Prior to that, with CSRA/SRA, she provided BD and Capture support as well as P&L/operations oversight for 40+ tasks generating more than $50M annually.
