David W. Ross, PMP, PgMP, has over 40 years of experience in executive and project management, information systems, communications, aircraft and airfield operations, and systems test and evaluation for government organizations and commercial companies worldwide. He has led the successful start-up of three service and technology businesses, providing overall management and strategic direction for these companies, supervising the development of business opportunities and strategic alliances with other companies and international organizations.
