Business Development professional with 30 years of private sector and public sector experience. My extensive background involves federal and commercial experience providing management, business development, teaming strategy, capture management, GSA MAS Schedule capture and post award support, requirements gathering, program management, marketing strategy, business strategy, operations, contracts, subcontracts, recruiting, human resources, sales and technical presentations, environmental inspection, and training.

I have experience pursuing and winning prime and subcontract government contracts with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of Defense (U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, OUSD, Business Transformation Agency), U.S. Department of Energy, Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice (FBI), U.S. Postal Service, U.S. Department of Transportation (FMCSA), SouthWest Research Institute, and NEW involving IT and functional services.

In addition, I am a founding and active member on the steering committee for Fast Rope (formerly DECC) in the National Capitol Region (Washington, DC) which is a professional government and commercial networking organization.
