A passion for business and a passion for how technology supports and transforms lives are two of the driving forces in Lynn’s life. With this motivation in mind, she is a business entrepreneur who enjoys the process of visioning, strategic planning, and inspiring individuals to become part of a trusted team to achieve a common goal. With over 40 years of experience in the business and financial sector, Lynn’s strengths include IT & Cloud services, business and financial operations, and community relations.

Another of Lynn’s passions is community service. Organizations where she plays an active role include: The Findlay Rotary Club, Technology Infrastructure Committee of The Alliance, and The University of Findlay Board of Trustees. Lynn is the recipient of The Athena Award which honors women business leadership and excellence, and The Findlay Rotary Club Edwin L. Heminger Hero Award, representing “Service Above Self.” Her philosophy in life is to recognize the blessings that have been bestowed and to “give back”, locally, nationally, and internationally. She has completed international service work in six of the seven Central American countries as well as 5 African countries.
