Event: The Business and Enterprise Systems (BES), Enterprise Services Division will host a Vendor Industry Week for the Small Business Enterprise Applications Solutions (SBEAS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Industry week will begin on Monday 10 April 2017 and end on Friday, 14 April 2017.

Purpose: The purpose of this Vendor Industry Week is to discuss the draft request for proposal (RFP). This timeline also allows for one-on-one sessions between industry and the Government.

Schedule of Events:

Date: Monday, April 10, 2017

Location: Bldg. 892 BES Auditorium

Dial-in Number: 334-416-5340 (This dial in number is for Monday’s auditorium session only; please mute all phones once dialed-in). Participants dialing in may submit questions to the SBEAS org box (AFLCMC.BES.SB_IDIQ@us.af.mil) on the day of the event; please do not ask questions over the conference line.

Time: 8:30 a.m. (CST) – 3:30 p.m. Lunch 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Topic: Draft RFP Discussions

Agenda: This forum will allow industry to ask pertinent questions and get clarification as it relates to the draft RFP documentation, (i.e., Section L, Section M, CDRLs, etc) which will be posted approximately one to two weeks prior to the start of vendor industry week. This will also be the time for industry to provide any feedback/suggestions for the documentation presented prior to issuance of the Final RFP.

Topic: One-On-One Sessions

One-on-One Sessions:

Vendors will have the opportunity to sign-up for (1) 20-minute session over the period of four days

(April 11-14, 2017). The one-on-one sessions will ONLY accommodate companies that qualify as a Small Business under the 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services NAICS code, this information will be verified prior to confirmation of one-on-ones. Please limit your number of one-on-one participants to no more than (4) four people. As there are a limited amount of 20-minute slots in the four day period (including lunch/breaks), sessions will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis. There will be two teams of Government personnel to host the one-on-one session to aid in accommodating a high volume of vendors. One-on-one sessions are (in-person) only; no dial-in options are available.

*It is not a requirement that vendors attend Day 1 of Industry Week to obtain a one-on-one appointment. Please schedule travel arrangements accordingly.

The SBEAS team will submit an email to each vendor confirming the one-on-one session dates, times, and locations.

*Note: Vendors will not be allowed to take more than 20 minutes for each session; each session shall start on time. If a vendor is late arriving to the session, they will only be allotted the remaining amount of time to conduct the session. The Government encourages all vendors to locate the conference room prior to the allotted session time to ensure timeliness.

*All non-proprietary questions/responses will be captured and shared with all potential industry partners via FedBizOpps.
