Join DaytonDefense Town Hall "State of the Union"

Please join us for a DaytonDefense Town Hall and "state of the

union" to discuss the exciting things happening with DaytonDefense.  This
will be your chance to hear about the work the association has done over the
last few years, our financial health, the opportunities we face, and most importantly
it will be your chance to offer your ideas and feedback directly to the
officers and board of DaytonDefense.  We strongly encourage our wonderful
sponsors and all of the associations many members and supporters to
attend.  We also extend a warm invitation to those considering joining,
sponsoring, or volunteering so that you can hear firsthand what deeper
involvement in the association will entail.  Here is the agenda, and while we will reserve specific time at the end for a town hall discussion, we will encourage
Q&A throughout the meeting.

 1)      Current
board structure, officers, and association overview.  A reminder about the
mission and goals of DaytonDefense and an introduction of them team executing
that mission.

2)      Financial
operations and health

3)      Events
past and future – a discussion of the structure, content, and format of
DaytonDefense events with attendance trends.  Ideas for future events will
be entertained and discussed.

4)      Opportunities
and challenges for the association.  Officer and volunteer opportunities,
web site and member management challenges, among others will be discussed.

5)      Open
forum Q&A

 This is your chance to contribute to the future direction and
success of DaytonDefense, so please join us.  We look forward to seeing
you in October!
