Appddiction Studio is excited for Founder and CEO, Timothy Porter, to be conducting his "final pairing" to become an SPCT. In partnership with Michael Casey, Scaled Agile and SPCT Fellow, we will be hosting this four-day Implementing SAFe course.

"It's been a two year journey and I'm excited to become a full SPCT Gold partner to move the needle for our customers and partners," said Timothy Porter.

During this four-day course, attendees will learn how to successfully implement SAFe within an organization. Once a certified SPC, candidates position themselves to become leaders of change.

This course will teach you how to coach programs, create a DevOps culture to build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline, launch Agile Release Trains and enable a Lean Portfolio.

The first two days of the training encompass the Leading SAFe curriculum, cultivating the basics to teach SAFe to others. The final two days are focused on successfully implementing SAFe in the enterprise.
