Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements are getting a lot of press throughout our industry, and with good reason:
They’re expressly named as a preferred vehicle via Executive Order
They’re expressly named as an intended vehicle for use through SecWar’s “Acquisition Transformation Strategy”
They can be enormously efficient from an acquisition perspective
They offer the potential to carry follow-on production contracts resulting from a successful prototype demonstration
